    How do I sign up? 

    Signup is easy. Just click here and complete the registration form. Once you complete the form you will be able to sign in and purchase products. Click on the product image and you will be able to view details for that item. If you are logged in you may then purchase that item.

    To view our vast array of products with your own logo, you must send a logo into support@Motivators.com You can upload any type of logo, however, your logo cannot have a preview image attached to it.

    Select Product

    Once you have uploaded your logo you can search our catalog for the perfect product. Nothingbutbaskets.com offers over 500,000 total products to choose from.

    Customize Product

    After you have decided on a product, its time to see it with your own logo. When you customize your product you can change the position, size and color of your logo.

    Don't Customize Product

    If you like a product, but don't want to customize it, just add the product to your cart and checkout. Nothingbutbaskets.com allows all products to be purchased with or without a logo.

    Verify Your Information

    Once you are ready to checkout,Nothingbutbaskets.com takes you through a few verifications and payment options before you submit your order. Once your order is submitted you can print a copy of your order.

    Acceptance

    Your submittal of an online order or telephone order and/or your signature on our Acknowledgement is a conditional acceptance by Motivators.com of your offer to purchase our merchandise and your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

    Shipping

    Motivators.com guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before a specified date (if requested). We cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise

    Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

    Merchandise becomes your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.

    Claims, Adjustments and Returns

    If you have any problems or questions with your order please contact customer service at 800-525-9600 within 5 days of receipt. Please. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If necessary, we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address.

    Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

    Once an Order has been processed, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Nothingbutbaskets.com will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. In certain circumstances, you will be required to cover certain preparation costs. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Credit Card Payments

    Initial (First) credit card charge(Billing) is for deposit only. Buyer agrees to pay all additional charges as stated on final invoice. Buyer hereby authorizes Motivators, Inc. to further charge buyer’s credit card for the final invoice amount less deposit applied. No Refunds unless defective product(s) are inspected and approved by Motivators, Inc. Credits, refunds or overcharges shall be refunded within 30 days upon verification of the correct amount of invoice by credit department.
