Terms and Conditions of Sale
Acceptance
Your submittal of an online order or telephone order and/or your signature on our Acknowledgement is a conditional acceptance by Motivators.com of your offer to purchase our merchandise and your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Shipping
Motivators.com guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before a specified date (if requested). We cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise
Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
Merchandise becomes your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.
Claims, Adjustments and Returns
If you have any problems or questions with your order please contact customer service at 800-525-9600 within 5 days of receipt. Please. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If necessary, we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address.

Motivators.com is not liable for non-fulfillment due to fires, weather, strikes, or other causes beyond our control
Merchandise Consistency
While we take every care to assure you quality merchandise, we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you place your order. It is important that you understand that these samples are representative in nature. Manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By placing an order with Motivators.com, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.
Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders
Once an Order has been processed, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Nothingbutbaskets.com will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. In certain circumstances, you will be required to cover certain preparation costs. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Card Payments
Initial (First) credit card charge(Billing) is for deposit only. Buyer agrees to pay all additional charges as stated on final invoice. Buyer hereby authorizes Motivators, Inc. to further charge buyer’s credit card for the final invoice amount less deposit applied. No Refunds unless defective product(s) are inspected and approved by Motivators, Inc. Credits, refunds or overcharges shall be refunded within 30 days upon verification of the correct amount of invoice by credit department. Back to the top
